Welding Processes
– DC Standard: This method delivers a smooth and stable electrical current, making it ideal for welding most ferrous materials. It ensures a consistent weld quality and is widely used in various industrial applications.
– DC Pulsed (up to 2 kHz): Utilizing pulsed current technology, this process precisely controls the temperature of the molten weld pool. This capability minimizes distortion and makes it possible to effectively assemble thin sheets with a thickness as low as 0.3 mm, which is essential for applications requiring high precision and minimal heat input.
– Standard MMA (Manual Metal Arc): This process is suitable for use with rutile and basic electrodes, accommodating electrode diameters of up to 5 mm. It is a versatile method, often used in various welding positions and for different types of joints.
– MMA Pulsed (up to 500 Hz): Featuring advanced pulsing technology, this welding method enhances control and stability, particularly when welding in vertical upward positions. It is particularly beneficial for working with pipes and pipelines, as it helps maintain a steady arc and improves weld quality in challenging orientations.
Optimized TIG Settings
– Two Types of Ignition: This welding technique offers flexibility with two ignition options—contactless High Frequency (HF) ignition, which allows for easy arc initiation without touching the workpiece, and contact LIFT ignition, designed for sensitive electronic environments where avoiding high frequency is essential.
– Three Trigger Controls: The system is equipped with versatile trigger options: 2T for a straightforward on/off operation, 4T for convenience during longer welds, and 4T LOG, which provides additional control for more complex welding procedures, allowing the welder to maintain a steady arc without holding the trigger continuously.
– Two Pointing Modes: These modes enhance the precision and focus of the welding arc, ensuring that the welder can adapt to various tasks and achieve optimal results for different materials and thicknesses.
